• We expect persons or organizations that provide services on our behalf to keep customer information confidential and to use it only to provide the services we’ve asked them to perform.
• We do not disclose any nonpublic, personal information about our customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.
• We allow access to nonpublic information about you only to those Express Check Advance employees, agents and/or affiliates who need to know that information to provide service to you.
• Express Check Advance communicates with its employees the importance of protecting customer information.
